My role is Finance Assistant within the accounts team. I work across both Sales ledger and purchase ledger. Also responsible for the invoicing process and credit control for the business. I joined the company in 2018 after leaving my job in London and it is the best thing I did as I now work within a really great team.
I'm Adam - Sales Director
One of the original Essex Boys that started with Kirk and Simon in the launch of Outrage! I've been fortunate to build my career here at Brand Alliance selling great products and brands to the retailers.

Hey! I'm Faye - Licensing and Key Accounts Manager
​
My role is to manage our license portfolio; looking at new opportunities and managing existing relationships. Social networking plays a large part of this role and I get to meet characters like The Teletubbies, Paddington, Pusheen on a regular basis! On the Account Manager role I work with retailers and factories to deliver ranges into store, providing costings, development meetings and securing orders with buyers.

I have been working at Brand Alliance for almost 9 years, starting out as a purchase ledger clerk and working my way up to my current role now. I have input across the sales and purchase ledger however my main role and focus is assisting the Financial Controller with the management accounts. I enjoy working at BA for the fast-paced environment as well as the interest I have for the high street fashion industry.
I’m Ian - Head of Design
I manage the design team, visual direction and creative endeavours of a business. It's my role to build a cohesive vision for the entire business, whilst ensuring that the design team maintains and evolves as the business progresses. My favourite part of my job is to work closely with each designer, quickly establishing their skills and weaknesses to then work on them becoming a better designer in that process and help them grow.
I’m Caroline - Senior Sales Co-ordinator
I have been working at Brand Alliance for over three years in a sales co-ordinator role. This involves working with all departments to contribute to the achievement of sales and customer satisfaction.
Brand Alliance is a great company to work for with a fantastic team.
I'm Chi - Sales Co-Ordinator/ Merchandiser

I’ve been working at BA for almost 5 years now as a sales co-ordinator, learning many aspects of the business, helping to drive sales across high street fashion, online and print on demand services. I enjoy the hands-on approach to work and the variety of areas in which I can progress my skills and knowledge.
The culture allows for a vibrant business with plenty of room to grow, at BA you are not only a key team member but also valued for your hard work.

I am the longest serving member of the design team.
My role has evolved over the years and includes everything from textile specialist through to men's/women's all over prints and license childrenswear - a big variety!

Hey! I’m Fiona, - Key Accounts Designer
Senior Menswear Jersey
I joined the Brand Alliance team over 16 years ago and have grown from a design assistant to senior designer on Menswear specialising in jersey. I research, design and coordinate the ranges and develop forward thinking but commercial product for our portfolio of customers.
The role is varied and challenging but I love being creative and have such a strong team that I work with, both here in the UK and abroad in our factories.
I’m Laura - Key Accounts Designer
Menswear Designer Athleisure/Sportswear/Fashion
Supporting the Senior Designer designing ranges for Menswear. Predominantly designing athleisure/sportswear and casual fashion. Researching new trends, colour palettes, new developments in fabrics and texture.
I have been at BA for over 5 years, I have worked on different departments, there is always room to grow and experience new areas within the company which is fantastic!

I'm Yasmin - Key Accounts Designer
My role within Brand Alliance is using a program called CLO 3D to generate 3D images of garments to send to buyers. Sending a 3D CAD of a garment allows a buyer to get a much better idea of what they are investing in compared to a flat 2D CAD as we can also include authentic information such as fabric qualities & textures, and how it fits on a body. It also means we can cut back on initial and reworked samples which is more cost effective and better for the environment!
I love that I get to work in a role which is new to the industry, but is going to become more commonplace soon. I also love the people I get to work with, and that I am allowed to be my authentic self.”

I have worked at BA for nearly 12 years. I am currently a Childrenswear Designer on boyswear, but I have worked across many departments including girlswear, mens jersey and shirts learning new skills and developing within the team.
I enjoy being part of a forward thinking creative team in a fast paced constantly changing design environment where design, communication with buyers and multitasking skills are key.
I’m Emily - Kidswear License Designer
My Role allows me to work across Boyswear and Girlswear across all of our licenses. creating new and exciting seasonal trend boards that help direct apparel ranges.
I'm always up for being a team player and helping out in other departments when I can. Often involved in the wider design presentations, collaborating with the many other talented designers we have here at Brand Alliance.
Hello I’m Susannah - Senior Kidswear Designer

I start each season researching current and future fashion trends, compiling colour palettes and mood boards, which I translate into innovative, commercial ranges for boys & girlswear from toddler through to teen.
The ranges are presented and discussed during development meetings with design and buying management for both Brand Alliance in-house ranges and high street retail.
I love being able to be creative every day and working with a large diverse design department and resources who inspires me.

During my years at BA I have worked on many different projects and product areas. We have a vibrant and highly imaginative team, and I love that my varied role provides me with the opportunity to explore and develop my creativity and design skills.
I’m Lea! - Accessories and Apparel Designer

I am primarily the lead Accessories designer for BA as well as a supporting apparel designer. My role offers a unique opportunity whereby I am consistently working with new and exciting licenses across a vast collection of product areas including bags, footwear, headwear and many more. I often collaborate with the design team to create accessories to support a large apparel range as well as creating stand-alone collections.
The people I work with are nothing short of inspiring, being surrounded by so much creativity and individualism encourages me to be a better designer every day.

I’m Jan - Ladieswear Designer (Freelance)

BA has given me the opportunity to travel extensively whether for shopping research or building focussed ranges with the factories. The wealth of knowledge that I have learned and the people that I have met along the way have made for a truly enjoyable career.

Hi I’m Mollie - Junior Asst. Designer

I'm a Junior Graphic Designer here at BA. Everyday is different and I can be doing a range of tasks to assist the Senior Designers, however my main role is taking charge off all branding for our license. I have only been at BA for a couple of months, however I've been able to bring my passion for branding into my job role. I enjoy working at BA because of all my inspiring colleagues which help me to improve my skills further and assist me with my learning, I look forward to bettering my abilities here at BA.
Hiya, I’m Mysie - Asst. Menswear Designer
I support the menswear development team.
I work closely with our two senior designers to create trend-based research and supporting cads.
I communicate with our factories, sending out tech packs and fabric swatches to develop ranges that will go into stores across the country. We action samples daily, therefore I help keep the team organised by tracking samples in work and samples we have received.

I love to see people in stores looking at and buying the clothes we have designed and manufactured.

I’m Georgia - Sales Ledger Clerk
In my role as a sales leger clerk I work with some of the major retailers on the high street. I enjoy working with different departments including the merchandising team and my fellow accounts team. Producing sales invoices and forecasting reports I am about to support the business by providing an accurate representation of the business, influencing current and future commercial decisions.
