As a Joint CEO I am proud and privileged to have the role of supporting the incredible, enthusiastic team we have at Brand Alliance, helping them to excel in being creative and dynamic so that we continually deliver for our brand partners and retail clients.
It’s been an incredible journey so far, but it still feels like we are just getting started and the best days are ahead. We have a saying that “every day is a school day” and its exciting to see what each new day brings as we continue to grow and develop the business together.
Licence is now the driving force behind Brand Alliance and I really enjoy being involved in the Licensing Industry. There is so much opportunity for growth as we execute our strategy to develop further into new categories with existing and new partners. Watch this space!
I’m Steve - Creative Director
As creative director I oversee all aspects of product design. I initiate and stimulate creative ideas for and from those involved in the creative process. I am ultimately responsible for the quality of the final creative work. It’s very much a people-oriented job, involving development of high-level concepts for design projects. It also involves pitching designs, and understanding customer needs.
I work closely with our design manager and our creative team to ensure continuity across all aspects of the design process, from trend and colour research through to brand presentations, I am also responsible for recruiting and managing third party designers as well as internal design resources.

Hi! I'm James - Financial Director
As Financial Director, I am responsible for the Group’s Finance and Accounting function as well as HR.
My role includes Group Financial reporting, License Contract and Royalties’ management, and ensuring all corporate policies and procedures are up to date.

Whilst the business has continued to evolve, I continuously work to improve business operations and am determined to make a valuable contribution towards the Groups future growth and development.
I'm Adam - Sales Director
I am proud to be working within a great team and helping to drive the business forward, our goal is to maintain the creative and quality levels our existing customer base expects, whilst also discovering new license and business opportunities for the future.
I’m Ian - Head of Design
I manage the design team, visual direction and creative endeavours of a business. It's my role to build a cohesive vision for the entire business, whilst ensuring that the design team maintains and evolves as the business progresses. My favourite part of my job is to work closely with each designer, quickly establishing their skills and weaknesses to then work on them becoming a better designer in that process and help them grow.
I'm Faye - Licensing and Key Accounts Manager
Managing our license portfolio; looking at new opportunities and managing existing relationships. Social networking plays a large part of this role and I get to meet characters like The Teletubbies, Paddington, Pusheen on a regular basis!
On the Account Manager role I work with retailers and factories to deliver strong products into their ranges. I love the variety my role brings, as not one day is the same!
